Warranty Statements

Warranty procedure for faulty parts:
Step 1: Registered your faulty products (individually) in our Customer Service section.
Step 2: an RA number will be given to you by email once the product has been verified.
Step 3: Send in your faulty product (without the original packaging) for warranty with the RA number and the email that we sent you
Step 4: You can check the status of your service in the warranty section
Please note products tested and found not faulty will attract a $25 service charge

* For warrnaty returns on comptuer systems, plesae return to our store directly with an invoice.

  • An Invoice must be presented before returning any system for repairs, or any product for return or warranty. If no invoice is provided a $40 fee will apply.
  • All new systems and other accessories sold are non- refundable. Ownership of goods is available only upon full payment of this invoice and that payment has been received & cleared.
  • Warranty items will not be replaced until Getright Computers have received the faulty unit. Delays may be excepted on replacements if stock is not available at the time of return.
  • All discontinued products under warranty will be replaced within 6-8 weeks. An upgrade fee may apply if a product is discontinued within the warranty period and needs replacement.
  • Goods which are found to be damaged, missing any discs, manuals, etc must be reported to Getright Computers within 2 days. All products returned must be in original packaging with all cables, software and instruction manuals as supplied otherwise no returns will be accepted, if a return is negotiated, a re-stocking fee will apply.
  • Getright Computers takes no responsibility for data lost or damaged during a HDD repair/warranty or system repair/warranty.
  • Getright Computers refers to manufacturer warranty. Warranty is void if the product is found to be physically damaged or altered in any manner. Any returns for testing (faulty) and are found not faulty like described in the returned fault description will have a service charge applied at our discretion.
  • All LCD, Printer, Scanner, and other products not covered by in-store warranty have Manufacturer Warranty. Getright Computers have no association with the warranty for those products and more details can be found on the product manufacturers website. For example;
